01 · Takeoff

Quantities out of the model, priced against ten years of your own bids

Every quantity traces back to the element it came from. What the model can’t classify is flagged, never guessed. Each assembly carries what you bid for it on the last four jobs, won and lost. Takeoff stops eating half the bid cycle.

02 · Clash triage

Four thousand clashes, ranked down to the two hundred that matter

Navisworks finds the clashes; the work is deciding which are real. A duct through a beam forty times is one routing decision, not forty clashes — so we group by root cause, rank by what stops installation, and route each group to the trade that owns it. You arrive at the coordination meeting ready.

03 · Spool and fabrication

Fabrication packages in days, not weeks

A backlogged detailer takes four to six weeks. We deliver spool drawings, isometrics, weld maps, hanger schedules, cut lists and CNC-ready output — hangers placed against the structure that actually exists in the model. The prefab shop stops waiting on drawings.
