This notice covers www.neeviq.com, operated by NeevIQ Technologies Pvt Ltd, Pune, India. It describes what this website collects, why, and how to reach us about it.

What the contact forms collect

The two enquiry forms — Talk to a VDC lead and Talk to an AI lead — ask for your name, work email, company, role and, optionally, a message. When you submit, the form also records which page you sent it from and the page that referred you, so we know which conversation you were having with the site.

We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are written to a private spreadsheet in Google Workspace operated for NeevIQ, and are read by the people who handle enquiries. NeevIQ may move this to its own customer-relationship system; if it does, this notice will be updated. Google's processing of that data is governed by Google's privacy policy.

We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful to the conversation it started. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see below.

Careers

The Careers page lists open roles from NeevIQ's hiring system, Zoho Recruit, and applications are made on jobs.neeviq.com. Anything you submit there is handled under Zoho Recruit's terms and NeevIQ's recruitment process, not under this website's forms.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The only cookies you may encounter belong to embedded third-party services you choose to use (for example, the careers application flow on jobs.neeviq.com).

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@neeviq.com and we will act on it within a reasonable time.

Changes

If how this site handles your details changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
